The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 208 of 2022 registered under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was added.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.12.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67284 of 2022(2) dt.20-01-2023 2/2 69636 of 2022, as contained in Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Kudra P.S.
