JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is no eyewitness of the actual occurrence of assault. Two ladies, who had taken the deceased along with them, have already been allowed bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, which would be evident from the impugned order. Considering the fact that there is no direct evidence against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
