JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-01-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Ramgarh PS Case No. 330 of 2017 registered under Sections 366A/34 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the informant's married daughter eloped with the petitioner along with some clothes, jewelry which she had thrown from the roof top of the house of her friends and thereafter escaped away.
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the informant's daughter was married and major and she wishfully eloped with the petitioner and put pressure upon the petitioner for marriage and when the petitioner denied she made her false statement. The petitioner is in custody since 6.12.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Jai Shankar Tiwari is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh PS Case No. 330 of 2017.
