Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act.

Submission is that the FIR would reveal that firing of Jai Prakash Yadav and Om Prakash Yadav had caused injury to the injured. No overt-act is alleged against the petitioners though allegation is that they were also present as member of the unlawful assembly.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6013 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 Court below where the case is pending in connection with Pawana Police Station Case No.44 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
