The petitioner is in custody since 12.06.2019 in connection with Baliya Belon P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 452/382 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been lodged against unknown persons and on the basis of suspicion, the petitioner was taken into custody. It is further submitted that none of the looted articles are alleged to have been recovered from the petitioner and he has not yet been put on T.I. Parade. The petitioner also does not bear any criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.61947 of 2019(2) dt.15-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Baliya Belon P.S. Case No. 60 of 2019.
