JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 16-01-2025 Heard Mr. Vinod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State as well as Mr. Naresh Diskhit, learned Spl. P.P. appearing on behalf of the Mines Department.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has deposited the fine for the vehicle in question to the tune of Rs.35,650/- (rupees thirty five thousand six hundred fifty) in the office of the District Mines Officer, Gaya and despite of that the vehicle in question has not been released as yet in favour of the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the State as well as learned Spl. P.P. for the Mines Department are directed to release the vehicle in question in favour of the petitioner after verifying from the District Transport Office within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt/production of the copy of this order.
