1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i. For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to calculate the salary of the petitioner on the basic pay of Rs. 5,830/- in place of Rs. 5,200/- w.e.f., 28.03.2011 till the date of superannuation i.e., up till 31.12.2020 and further pay the arrears of salary for the same period. ii. For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to pay the amount of group insurance, gratuity, dearness allowance for the year 2019-20. iii. For issuance of direction to the respondent authorities to pay the salary for the period 01.01.2021 to 31.08.2021 in which petitioner has

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed by the petitioner, before the District Magistrate, Gopalganj, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
