JUSTICE ALOK KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State and the learned counsel appearing for the Bihar School Examination Board.

2. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ application in order to pursue the matter with the authorities of the Education

Patna High Court CWJC No.15901 of 2017(5) dt.12-12-2025 2/2 Department to consider the case for grant of recognition.

3. In view of the above, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the competent authority of the Education Department.

4. If a representation is filed to this effect by learned counsel for the petitioner within a period of one month from today, the competent authority shall decide the same within a further period of four months from the date of filing of the representation, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. Needless to emphasize that the final order which shall be passed by the competent authority should be a reasoned and speaking order.

6. With the aforesaid observation, direction and liberty granted, the present writ application is permitted to be withdrawn.

7. Pending Interlocutory Application(s), if any, will stand disposed of.
