JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 11-04-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Submission is that earlier application of bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.03.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13143 of 2018 with liberty to renew his prayer of bail after framing of the charge and now charge has been framed on 06.03.2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Rohit Kumar @ Rahul Kumar @ Khopadia, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Hilsa (Nalanda) in connection with S.T. No. 65 of 2018 (Arising out of Parwalpur P.S.Case No. 178 of 2017).
