Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No.341 of 2017, registered under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was found involved in running a brothel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case, there is licence for performing dance and the licence has not been renewed, therefore, this false implication, few accused persons have been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No.9610 of 2018 on 17.02.2018.

The petitioner may renew his prayer of bail after framing of the charge.
