The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 10230 of 2019 vide order dated 20.02.2019 and in Cr. Misc.
