Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gopalpur PS Case No.226 of 2016, giving rise to S.T. No.352 of 2017, registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the allegation is of giving garasa blow over the head of the informant but the injuries are simple, the injury no.1, opined by the doctor, is dangerous for life but that injury is only skin deep, both sides are co-villagers and petitioner is in custody for one year and four months approximately.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Dinesh Yadav @ Bauni Yadav @

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23377 of 2018(2) dt.19-04-2018 2/2 Bami Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, District Bhagalpur in connection with Gopalpur PS Case No.226 of 2016, giving rise to S.T. No.352 of 2017.
