The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Chhatapur P. S. Case No.387 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the delay of two days caused in instituting the FIR as also that the petitioner and the informant are full brothers and the incident took place due to dispute relating to ancestral property, the petitioner, who is said to be a man of clean antecedent, is directed to be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned
