Patna High Court CWJC No.17196 of 2022(3) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 the heading "For Orders on Petition', but at the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has, at this stage, retired as Principal of the concerned college, hence nothing remains for adjudication in the present writ application.

2. It appears that earlier this Court had vide interim order dated 20.12.2022 stayed the operation of the impugned order dated 07.11.2012 and thereafter the petitioner continues.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents are present.

4. As prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ application is permitted to be withdrawn.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some issue with regard to payment of salary of the petitioner which he would agitate. This Court will not make any observation, it is for the petitioner to see if any cause of action exists to him. He is at liberty to seek his remedy for any cause of action which survives.

6. The Writ Application as well as the Interlocutory Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
