The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Excise Case No.124 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a student. He is studying in Samastipur but the recovery was made from the house situated in his village. It appears that excise official got information about the keeping of liquor in the house of the petitioner and on such, a raid was conducted and 3 liters of Indian made foreign liquor was recovered from the hut of the petitioner.
