JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-10-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 20.12.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 69291 of 2018 and allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, is of causing her death with respect to demand.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the informant and other family members have been examined during trial and they have not supported the prosecution case and petitioner is in custody for more than one year.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to move the trial court for grant of bail, which shall be considered
