The petitioner is in custody in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case No. 216 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation against the petitioner is that on search one automatic pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since28.04.2018.

Considering the period of custody, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of
