2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the
Patna High Court CWJC No.16102 of 2017 dt.09-08-2023 2/3 petitioner informs this Court that substantial amount on account of retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner and the Accountant General, Bihar has also issued Pension Payment Order and the same has been communicated to the Treasury Officer, Munger.
3. Considering the information provided on behalf of the petitioner, Treasury Officer, Munger is directed to forthwith credit the entire amount of pension in the Bank account of the petitioner. In case certain formalities are required to be discharged on behalf of the petitioner, he must ensure to take steps to get all those formalities and paraphernalia done at his own level or by assigning a competent officer under his jurisdiction to get all the work done within the aforesaid period.
4. In case the petitioner is still aggrieved for nonpayment of any retiral dues, petitioner is at liberty to file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Munger - respondent no.4 who will ensure to dispose of the representation within a period of six weeks. In case the petitioner is found to be entitled for any other retiral dues which has not been paid to him, the same is also required to be redressed within the aforesaid period as granted by this Court.
