2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Siswan P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 353, 171(E)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate1st Class, Siwan.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the
