This is a case registered under Sections 363, 366A, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the petitioner's counsel that he has falsely been implicated in this case. Due to intervention of the common well wishers the issue has been settled between the parties on 09.10.2017 i.e. much later to the statement of the victim recorded on 11.09.2017. He submits that the parties are now in good terms as is evident from Annexure 2. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 09.09.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be

No.13211 of 2018 (3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biraul Darbhanga in Kusheshwar Asthan P.S. Case No. 182 of 2017 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
