Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 573 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 307, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 23.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. 1487 of 2019, as contained in Annexure-2. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Case No. 573 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
