2. Petitioner has filed the present writ application for a direction to the respondent authorities to release the pending payments for the services rendered by the petitioner's agency, i.e., installation and operation of ICT Labs in various schools.

3. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that a counter affidavit has been filed and in Paragraph-19 thereof it has been stated that the process for disbursal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.18223 of 2024 dt.25-11-2025 2/2 admitted amount is currently underway and the payment shall be released upon obtaining due approval and sanction from the competent authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the statement made in the counter affidavit.

5. Considering the nature of dispute and the specific affidavit filed by the respondents, the writ application is disposed with direction to Respondent No. 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner and pay the admitted amount decided as per law within a period of three months from today.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application is disposed.
