Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application has been filed for giving a direction to the respondent authorities to pay the due salary of the petitioner from 2014 to till date.

He further submits that District Education Officer, Jamui had issued an Officer Order for the payment of due salary to the petitioner but till date no payment has been made. (Annexure-4 of the writ application).

Considering the submission made on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15200 of 2024(2) dt.07-10-2024 2/2 petitioner, I direct the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.4 along with a copy of this order and other documents in support of his claim within three weeks 5.

The respondent no.4 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receiving of such representation by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order. He is also directed to take an action against the concerned authority who has not paid the arrear of salary to the petitioner despite the order of the District Education Officer, Jamui.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ application stands disposed of.
