Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Gogri P.S.Case No.332/18 , registered for offences
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62517 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/3 punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 380, 384, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per FIR, the petitioners and other accused persons came variously armed and made indiscriminate firing on one Anuj Yadav but he entered inside the house to save his life. Further allegation is that on the order of the petitioner no.3, all the accused persons entered inside the house, looted away the articles . There is also specific allegation of taking away VIP with cash of Rs.70,000/- against the petitioner no.2 and against the petitioner no.8 I there is allegation of taking away of tin box and against the petitioner no.1 there is allegation of thrashing the complainant on the ground and there is also allegation against the petitioner no.3 of assault on the abdomen and chest of the complainant with legs and against the petitioner no.4 there is allegation of demanding of Rs.01 lac.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the whole case is false and concocted and the falsity of the case will appear from the fact that this case has been filed one month after of the occurrence and there is no serious injury to any person and the petitioners are ready to abide by

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Khagaria in connection with Gogri P.S.Case No.332 of 2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
