This is a case registered under Sections 380,411,457 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that the co-accused Raja Karan Kumar @ Bajrangi Paswan on whose confessional statement the petitioner has been implicated in this case has already been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 11093 of 2018. The petitioner is in custody in connection with this case since 12.12.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
