JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. The petitioner is a P.D.S. dealer within Bakhtiyarpur block in the district of Patna.
3. The petitioner challenged the order dated 25.02.2012 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Barh, Patna by which the P.D.S. license of the petitioner has been cancelled on the ground that the copy of the enquiry report has not been supplied to him, though the allegations are in many folds.
4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order cancelling the P.D.S. license of the petitioner is set aside with liberty to the respondents to proceed afresh against the petitioner after supplying the copy of the enquiry report.
