2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 323, 333, 353 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have fired in the air.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is named in the FIR but there is no specific allegation against him. The petitioner is in jail since 26.04.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72829 of 2023(2) dt.09-11-2023 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M, Madhepura in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021.

7. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Sri Nagar Police Station, Madhepura on the first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
