The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, & 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. On a petty matter, while the informant's mother and wife of the petitioner were quarreling, the petitioner came in inebriated condition and abused his mother. When the informant forbade him to do so, petitioner gave a khanti blow inflicting injury on his head and became senseless and brought to the Khagaria hospital by his parents and medical aid was provided to him. The wife of the petitioner snatched nose pin of his mother and the petitioner took Rs.3000/- from him. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The injury sustained by the victim is simple in nature. He has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 421 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C.
