2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Saran (Town) P.S. Case No. 730 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, the younger brother of the informant's son-in-law kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant namely Nisha Kumari, aged about 14 years. The informant tried to trace her daughter and she came to know that Ranjan Kumar along with the FIR named accused persons had concealed her

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case merely because they are the family members of the main accused Ranjan Kumar against whom there is allegation of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant. He has submitted further that Ranjan Kumar has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 67733 of 2023.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Saran (Town) P.S. Case No. 730 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Kundan/- U T
