JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 20-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 21.09.2017 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. 32712 of 2017. In the complaint petition, it is alleged that opposite party No. 2 used to meet this petitioner for the last two years and he also established physical relationship with her on 15.04.2014. Thereafter, he established physical relationship with the petitioner repeatedly and also took her to Baidyanath Dham and put vermilion on her head and kept her in rented house of one Chhedi Pandit at P & T Colony, Magar Dahi, Pethia Gachhi, Samastipur where he also used to establish physical relationship with her. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58067 of 2017 (2) dt.20-12-2017 2/2 petitioner became pregnant twice and got abortion and when she told the opposite party No. 2 (Jitendra Kumar Singh) to take her to his house, he ignored the same.

In such circumstances, from the allegation made in the complaint petition as described above, this Court, does not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 21.9.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 32712 of 2017 by which the opposite party No. 2 was granted anticipatory bail by this Court.
