The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kotwali Purabsarai P.S. Case No.382 of 2017, a case under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.

Recovery of fire-arm is from the possession of coaccused Amresh Kumar. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In the confessional statement of Amresh Kumar name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where
