The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 360 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a), 41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the motorcycle, but the petitioner is not the owner of the alleged motorcycle. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in
