Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 354, 427, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For trivial dispute between the two neighbours, the petitioners, allegedly, committed abuse and assault against the informant and attempted to outrage her modesty. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3543 of 2018 (2) dt.18-01-2018 2/2 below where the case is pending in connection with Bhabua Police Station Case No. 752 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
