In the present case, the petitioner has sought relief of shifting of date of appointment and date of promotion, for the post of Lecturer, the date should be shifted from 31.8.1985 to 18.1.1983 and, for the post of Reader, it should be shifted from 31.8.1995 to 18.1.1983.

As that grievance has been already redressed by the respondent authorities, in that view of the matter, this Court is not

Patna High Court CWJC No.24554 of 2013 dt.16-08-2016 required to go into that aspect of the matter. So far the second prayer has been made by the petitioner that as he has acquired the Ph.D. degree, he is entitled to two more increments in view of the judgment passed in CWJC No. 15136 of 2010 (Ram Chandra Roy Madhukar Vs. The state of Bihar & Ors.) and analogous case, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this case is entirely covered by that order. The respondents authority will examine the case of the petitioner and if he comes to a conclusion that the case of the petitioner is entirely covered by the judgment passed in the case of Ram Chandra Roy Madhukar (supra), he will give the same benefit as has been given to the persons of the aforesaid writ application and that action should be taken by the respondent authority within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
