2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to approach the appropriate authority, who may consider the recommendation of the District Magistrate, Nalanda to consider the potential of the Harnaut Nagar

Patna High Court CWJC No.14821 of 2023(2) dt.05-01-2024 2/2 Panchayat for its up-gradation as Harnaut Nagar Parishad, after considering all the paraphernalia, as enumerated under the Bihar Municipal Act as well as the Bihar Urban Planning and Development Act, 2012.

3. Considering the potential of the area and its neighboring district, the authority may seek to take action expeditiously.

4. With aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
