The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 413, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is that one stolen motorcycle is recovered.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The alleged occurrence is said to have taken place at 1 A.M. in the night. Source of identification has not been disclosed by the prosecution. The petitioner is not acquainted to the informant.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatia) P.S. case No.462 of 2018 (G.R. No.2493 of 2018).
