That this application by petitioner, a citizen of India for issuance of writ of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order/ direction, directing respondent authorities for removal of encroachment as held and decided by the authorities and in several proceeding from the survey plot no. 579 and 591, appertaining to municipal plot no. 2927,2932 and 847 (new) bounded as north- 20 ft. wide road, south- Atma Ram, East- Govt. Road, west- Atma Ram in Thana no. 317, ward no.

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
