Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Akbarnagar PS Case No.91 of 2017, registered under Sections 376 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is contended that the prosecutrix is married lady and her husband and petitioner used to work together and on account of some dispute, the petitioner has falsely been implicated, moreover the FIR was instituted after delay of three days without any cogent reason. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Tonish Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Akbarnagar PS Case No.91 of 2017.
