The petitioners have been in custody since 09.11.2017 in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 111/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocents and have been falsely implicated in this case only because the sister of the petitioner No. 1 and daughter of petitioner No. 2 had earlier lodged a case against the husband of the present informant. The present case has thus been lodged as a counter blast of the said case with false and frivolous allegations. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8076 of 2018 (3) dt.05-03-2018 2/2 case and there being no further cogent material in the case dairy, let the petitioner No. 1 (Md. Jahangir) and petitioner No. 2 (Md. Mansoor Alam), be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Chandradip P.S. Case No. 111/2017.
