The petitioner has been in custody since 02.11.2017 in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 24 of 2017 arising out of Kachhawan P.S. Case No. 49 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being a lady has been falsely implicated in this on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that even if the allegations are considered to be true, the recovery is less than the commercial quantity and the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.
