JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-10-2020 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video Conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID-19 Pandemic.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted, at the outset, that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed, however it is stated that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the respondents, in case of any subsisting grievances.
