JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-10-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chandi P. S. Case No. 147 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per F.I. R. petitioners are said to have assaulted the informant and others. Allegation of firing against other accused person.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, at Ara, in connection with Chandi P.
