Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.60 of 2022 registered under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The husband of the deceased is in custody. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the

No.67245 of 2022(5) dt.24-03-2023 2/2 parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. III, (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No.60 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. No.358 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
