Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No.129 of 2017, registered under Sections 273, 274 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Submission is that the recovery is said to be made from the auto owned by Sujit Kumar Thakur and he has accepted his guilt regarding his involvement in illegal trafficking of liquor, petitioner no.1 was the driver and petitioner no.2 was the passenger and the petitioners have clean antecedent. Having considered the said facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4579 of 2018(2) dt.29-01-2018 2/2 petitioners Md. Rahim Mansuri and Md. Anbar are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, II-cumSpecial Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Jhanjharpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2017.
