2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 29.12.2016, has renewed his prayer for bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 211 of 2016 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 141 of 2017 having earlier been rejected by order dated 11.04.2017 in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 17947 of 2017.

3. Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court sees no reason to take a different view in the matter. The bail petition stands dismissed.
