2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mali P.S. case No. 27 of 2024, instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that the accusation against the petitioner is of committing the murder of the informant's husband.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The bail petition of petitioner has been rejected by this Court on 17.01.2025 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77943 of 2024. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67067 of 2025(3) dt.14-11-2025 2/3 and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2024 and has clean criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. In compliance of the order dated 15.09.2025, a report has been received stating therein that the charge has been framed on 08.01.2025. Thereafter, altogether 07 witnesses cited in the charge sheet have been examined and rest six witnesses including informant, Doctors and Investigating Officer of the case are yet to be examined. This case is likely to be concluded within three months.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the stage of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

8. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is, hereby, rejected.

9. Learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

10. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to renew the prayer for grant of bail before the Trial Court if the trial is not concluded within a period of three months from
