2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Bagen Gola P.S. Case No. 36 of 2023/S.Tr. No. 71 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 18.10.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 68234 of 2023.

3. From the reading of the report dated 18.7.2025, it appears that altogether, the prosecution has already examined five witnesses and three more witnesses are to be examined on 19.07.2025.

4. In these circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the fact that the trial is on the verge of completion, this application is dismissed.
