2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. Prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner along with other F.I.R. named accused persons kidnapped minor daughter of the informant on two motorcycles.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the State that from perusal of the impugned order it is apparent that petitioner has been declared absconder and processes of Sections 82 & 83 of the Cr.P.C. have been initiated against him to ensure his appearance in the Court as such, petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail (Lavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi)
