Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended when he was moving along with a stolen cow. Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2017. The petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Gopalganj Town Police Station Case No. 433 of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5140 of 2018 (2) dt.30-01-2018 2/2 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
