Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 102 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of Indian Penal Code.

The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 20.04.2022.

The allegation against the petitioner, who is husband

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66899 of 2022(2) dt.21-02-2023 2/3 of deceased, is to commit murder of daughter of informant alongwith other co-accused persons/family members. It is further alleged that the deceased was repeatedly subjected to cruelty and was restricted to meet her parents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is father-in-law and living separately with deceased and her husband, having no connection with their daily and domestic affairs. It is further submitted that this is a case of suicide and whereafter investigation, police also submitted charge-sheet under Section 306 of Indian Penal Code. While concluding the argument, it has been submitted that investigation of this case is completed, for which charge-sheet has been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.

Learned APP, opposes the prayer of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, as petitioner is father-in-law, living separately having no connection with their daily and domestic affairs, coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 102 of 2022 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the
